Our Lawn Maintenance Packages offer a convenient, fixed seasonal contract that bundles essential and enhanced care services (e.g., mowing, trimming, fertilizing, clean-ups) for consistent, worry-free seasonal upkeep. Individual services (like stand-alone Spring & Fall Clean-ups, specific Fertilization applications, or one-time Pruning) are available separately for clients not on a full seasonal package, or for specific one-off projects.

Our snow removal contracts include efficient plowing of driveways, meticulous shoveling of walkways, and effective salting as needed. The service is typically triggered by snow accumulation over a certain depth (e.g., 2-3 cm or as specified in your contract). We guarantee a minimum of 15 plows per season, ensuring predictable service coverage.

All listed prices are before HST (13%). Payment by credit card may be subject to a service fee. We will inform you of any applicable fees at the time of booking your service, ensuring full transparency.

For our seasonal services, payment schedules are structured based on the service type:
* Snow Removal (November 15th - April 15th)
* Regular, returning clients: The first payment is due on the 15th of the month following the start of their contract.
* New clients: The first payment is due on the 15th of the month they sign up.
* Lawn Maintenance (April 15th - November 15th)
* Regular, returning clients: The first payment is due on May 15th.
* New clients: The first payment is due on the 15th of the month they sign up, or on April 15th if they sign up before the season begins.
* The final payment for all lawn maintenance clients is due on November 15th.
